Refund Policy
- All purchased lessons can be credited or rescheduled under the terms of Natalie’s 24-hour cancellation policy, as outlined below, but they are nonrefundable. Lesson packages are also nonrefundable.
- Lessons from lesson packages must be scheduled within a 45-day period, no exceptions
- Late cancellations and no-shows for any reason are treated as missed lessons and cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- In the event of cancellation with 24 hours advance notice: lessons must be rescheduled within 7 business days of the cancellation date or be forfeited
- You are allowed to reschedule the same lesson 2 times within 14 calendar days. If you attempt to reschedule the same lesson more than 2 times, it will be marked as a missed lesson, and you will forfeit that lesson
- Frequent absences or rescheduling of regular time slots may result in being required to schedule week by week
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- At least 24 hours advance notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling
- Notice must be given by emailing tutoring@countwrite.com or texting +1-517-798-6141
- This policy is strictly enforced, and late notice always results in a cancellation fee
- The cancellation fee is equal to the scheduled lesson time, and the lesson will be marked as a missed lesson. You are not able to reschedule a missed lesson
- If a student does not show up to a scheduled lesson, is more than 15 minutes late, or leaves (abandons) the lesson, that is also treated as a late cancellation and results in a cancellation fee
- In the event of an emergency or sudden illness — within reason — it is within the tutor’s discretion to offer a make-up lesson
