Are there any fees outside of your rates?

There are no extra or hidden fees. If you choose to schedule as you go on a week to week basis or commit to a regular weekly time, that’s the hourly rate you pay. If my rates later increase, you are “grandfathered” into the rate you start with at the time of booking.

What is your policy for the first lesson and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

The first hour of your first lesson is 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. Refunds must be claimed by emailing [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the scheduled first lesson. 24-hour advance notice is required to reschedule or cancel a first lesson, no exceptions.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

My 24-hour cancellation policy is as follows: I require at least 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Notice must be given by contacting me at [email protected] or 559-272-6825. My policy is strictly enforced, and late notice always results in a cancellation fee. If a student does not show up to a scheduled lesson, is more than 15 minutes late, or leaves (abandons) the lesson, that is also treated as a late cancellation and results in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to the scheduled lesson time.

For the Pay As You Go scheduling option: Lessons are fully refundable under the terms of my 24-hour cancellation policy, as outlined above.

For the Recurring Weekly scheduling option: Lessons can be credited under the terms of my 24-hour cancellation policy, as outlined above, but they are not refundable. In the event of cancellation, credited lessons must be rescheduled within 14 days of cancellation.

Is there a time limit for scheduling lessons after purchase?

All purchased lessons must be scheduled within 30 days. Any unscheduled lessons after 30 days cannot be credited and are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, any credited lessons must be rescheduled within 14 days of cancellation.
